Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of Left on Read: The Texting Playbook and any add-ons sold alongside it. By buying or accessing the product you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't buy it.

1. Who you're dealing with

Left on Read is published by InvisibleManFix.com (The Invisible Man Fix). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person buying or using the product. You can reach us at support@invisiblemanfix.com.

2. What you're buying

A digital product delivered online: written material, worked examples, and browser-based tools. There is no physical item, no coaching, no personal advice, and no ongoing service. What's included is listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Add-ons such as The First Date Playbook are separate products, offered at checkout. They are covered by these same terms.

3. Access

Access is granted to the email address you enter at checkout. That email is your login. Access is personal to you and does not expire; we intend to keep the product available indefinitely, but if we ever discontinue it we'll give you a reasonable window to download everything.

Keep your email secure. Anyone with access to it can reach your copy of the product.

4. What you may and may not do with it

You may read it, use it, and apply it in your own life for as long as you like. You may quote short passages with attribution.

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product or your login
• upload it to file-sharing sites, forums, group chats, or shared drives
• reproduce substantial parts of it in your own paid or free material
• use it to train a machine learning model
• strip out, scrape, or repackage the content in any form

We own the copyright in everything inside the product. Buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, not ownership of it. If you breach this section we may revoke your access without notice and without a refund.

5. Payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown at checkout. Payment is a single charge; there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. Your card statement will show a neutral descriptor rather than the product name.

You're responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Our full reasoning is on the refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

7. This is education, not advice

Left on Read is educational material about communication. It is not therapy, counselling, coaching, or professional advice of any kind. It is not a substitute for speaking to a qualified professional if you're struggling.

We make no promise about what will happen in your own life. Results depend on you, on the people you're talking to, and on circumstances entirely outside our control. Any example, illustration, or result described anywhere in our material is exactly that, and should not be read as a guarantee, a typical outcome, or a promise of any specific result with any specific person.

8. Use it decently

This product is about becoming better at communicating. It is not for pressuring, deceiving, harassing, coercing, or manipulating anyone, and it doesn't work for that anyway. You are solely responsible for how you behave toward other people. Nothing here excuses conduct that is dishonest, harassing, or unlawful.

9. Age

You must be 18 or older to buy or use this product.

10. Limits on our liability

The product is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you actually paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update the product and improve it over time; updates are included at no extra cost. We may also update these terms, in which case the revised version applies to purchases made after it is posted. The date at the top tells you which version you're reading.

12. Ending access

You can stop using the product at any time. We may end your access if you breach section 4 or section 8. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive the end of your access.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at InvisibleManFix.com's principal place of business, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have that cannot be contracted out of where you live.
