Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a digital product and give you access to it. We don't sell your data. We never see your card number. Your purchase is billed discreetly.

Who's responsible

InvisibleManFix.com (The Invisible Man Fix) is the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@invisiblemanfix.com.

What we collect

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information. Please don't send us details about your health, relationships, or private life when contacting support; we only need enough to solve the problem.

Why we hold it

Who else touches it

We use third parties to run the business. Each receives only what it needs:

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own independent marketing.

Discretion

Your card statement shows a neutral descriptor, not the product name. Our emails are sent from a neutral sender name and subject line. We will never disclose that you're a customer to anyone, except where we're legally required to.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your session, and measure traffic and advertising. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working properly. Where the law requires consent, we'll ask before setting non-essential cookies.

How long we keep it

Your account email and purchase record are kept for as long as you have access, and afterwards for as long as tax law requires us to keep financial records. Support emails are kept for up to three years. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these, email support@invisiblemanfix.com. We'll respond within the time the law allows, normally within 30 days. Note that deleting your data means losing access to the product, and we can't restore it afterwards.

If you're in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing; we don't sell or share your data as those terms are defined.

Where your data goes

Our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, it's protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but if a breach affects your data we'll notify you and any regulator as required.

Children

This product is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email where we have your address.
